Goons Brewing | Architecture AU
Goons Brewing, designed by Fabric Studio, has been featured in Architecture AU. Tucked into an industrial backstreet in Berkeley Valley on the Central Coast, this new brewery blends Aussie pub charm, New York diner grit, Latino bodega colour, and the easy chaos of "a mate's very well-put-together garage."
The result is a space that feels made by real people, for their community — relaxed enough to turn up without a plan and stay for hours.
Fabric has taken the reins of Vineyard Hotel's on-site master planning, which is poised to make it one of the Western Sydney's largest venues. The first phase of the renovation is complete and boasts several new features including a new bar, bistro and beer garden extension, kids' play area, and a new drive-thru bottleshop.

Kincumber Hotel | Architecture AU
Fabric has added an intimate cocktail bar to the Kincumber Hotel on the Central Coast of NSW.
Slatted timber screens, fireside banquette seating, and a warm timber ceiling create a more sophisticated, luxurious pocket within the larger pub. An L-shaped bar, tiled in blue and honey tones, ties the space together, bridging the brass-accented cocktail area with the more relaxed sports bar next door.
