Seabreeze Hotel in South West Rocks has been reimagined as a warm, coastal hospitality venue that celebrates the relaxed character of its seaside setting while elevating the everyday pub experience.

Fabric Studio’s design approach focused on creating a refreshed interior that feels familiar, welcoming and distinctly connected to place. Rather than adopting a generic coastal aesthetic, the renovation draws on the nostalgia of holiday towns, surf culture and classic Australian pub interiors, layering timber, soft leather, patterned carpet, custom graphics and tactile detailing to create a venue with personality and warmth.

The design is deliberately approachable, creating a pub environment that feels comfortable for locals, families, visitors and holidaymakers alike. Improved seating, lighting, finishes and spatial definition help support longer dwell time, better patron comfort and a stronger hospitality experience throughout the day and evening.
