Completed in 2019, the Lone Pine Tavern gaming room was one of Fabric Studio’s earliest gaming room interiors and the first delivered for Zenith Hotels. The project established a design language that would become a signature across our hospitality portfolio: a sophisticated black-and-gold palette, layered ceiling forms and integrated LED lighting.

Warm metallic detailing, dark finishes and carefully controlled illumination create a rich, immersive atmosphere while defining circulation and individual gaming zones. The result is a bold and cohesive gaming room refurbishment that balances visual impact, comfort and operational functionality—laying the foundation for an ongoing design relationship with Zenith Hotels.
