The main living spaces are planned to take full advantage of the site’s outlook, with broad glazing opening the interior toward the harbour and surrounding landscape. Within the open plan, subtle level changes, softened thresholds and curved material transitions define distinct zones for living, dining and entertaining, while maintaining a sense of flow and connection throughout the home.

Materiality is central to the project’s character.
