Empire Bay Tavern | Hospitality

The road into Empire Bay Tavern winds beneath a canopy of angophora trees, and that's where the design story begins. Their sculptural forms, peeling bark and muted palette became the foundation for an interior that feels intrinsically connected to the surrounding landscape.

Natural textures, bespoke carpets, sculptural lighting and a palette of terracotta, eucalyptus green and warm oak reinterpret the character of the bush in a contemporary way. Every element works together to create a pub that feels grounded, familiar and unmistakably of its place.

The landscape doesn't just surround Empire Bay Tavern, it shapes the experience of it.
